TERMS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS

Prices per person according to accommodation requested by the client, subject to changes and availability.

 

Include:

As specified in your travel documents or program. Some hotels may not include all benefits in all seasons and/or include additional benefits.

 

Not included:

Additional expenses of a personal nature, airport taxes not paid in your travel documents such as tourist cards, telephone calls, food services requested in the rooms, additional beds, tips to guides or porters, excursions or services not contemplated in your travel documents.

 

Travel documents:

All international destinations and Cruises require a valid Passport during the entire stay or travel route (Only for USA resident boarding a departure and arrival cruise in the same port of embarkation, you can travel with an original and current birth certificate and identification issued by the state of residence-driver's license or identity card with a valid date throughout the journey). It is the direct responsibility of each passenger to contact the consulate of the country to visit if they need additional documents: vaccines, COVID 19 policy, visas and any other document that you as a passenger need to enter the destination. If you have doubts in the processing of this information, you should request the assistance of a Travel Agent, Representative of your Airline or Cruise Company and Consulate of the Country or destination to visit.

Luggage:

It will be the responsibility of each customer to check with their airline, cruise company, train and bus service for information on baggage policies and regulations and any additional costs. We are not responsible and disclaim all liability in the event of loss or damage to baggage during the entirety of your trip.

 

Deposit:

Deposit or full payment required to confirm and secure rate. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation without a deposit. Certain promotional rates do not apply deposits, full balance required. If the reservation is not confirmed, the deposit refund will be processed and Sky Vacation Inc will mediate the payment process for the deposit refund using the same information (name/address/credit card/bank account) and no refund will be issued in cash.

Total payment and/or cancellations:

Once the reservation is confirmed, deposits are non-refundable. Any changes and cancellations will apply charges for a total of 100% of the amount paid and/or additional charges for hotel, car, locker, plane, cruise, excursion, etc. All full payments must be made as stipulated within days prior to your trip departure. Please see each tour and listing for full payment and cancellation policy. We are not responsible for cancellations by any supplier due to duplicate bookings or any other reason.

Documents delivery:

The delivery of documents and payment invoices will be sent to your email. All documents sent by regular mail will incur an additional charge to guarantee delivery and must be processed 30 days prior to departure.

Refund process:

They will be processed through the company that provides the service stipulated in your travel document. Any claim must be made by sending a sealed document proving the reasons for the refund to our offices and must be presented within 30 days of the passenger's return. This document must have the passenger's name and payment method printed with their initials. We are not responsible for services, food, drinks, shows, sports, etc. not used by the passenger, duplicate reservations and/or any error made by the passenger, group organizer or whoever requested the service and/or made any error that affects the service. In the case of transfers and excursions not planned by the carrier and having been confirmed by Sky Vacation Inc, our company is limited exclusively to the refund of the amount of the service not provided to the passenger and detailed in their travel itinerary, declining any responsibility. . Cancellations are not accepted by message using any social network, cancellations must be made by phone call and having received an email from Sky Vacation Inc. For refund or additional compensation to the passenger, no payment will be made in cash and/or another person, credit card or bank account. All return procedures will have a service charge of 10% of the total amount to be returned.

Explanatory notes:

Accommodation on a triple and/or quadruple basis is only possible sharing the use of two double beds per room. In hotels and car rentals, it is required at the time of registration that you are of legal age and have a credit card to hold a deposit as a guarantee for property damage during your stay.

 

You should be aware that certain hotels charge a "resort fee" payable at check-in that is not included in your payment. When you check out, you must balance your account and withdraw any surplus in your favor. In general, "check in" at hotels is at 3:00 p.m. and "check out" at 11:00 a.m. Keep these times in mind to organize your travel itinerary.  

 

Airlines Tickets:

When making any sale of air tickets with any service provider, it is understood that the client provided the exact information required for the sale of tickets (names according to ID or passport, date of birth month/day/year according to format, request of the destination and airport, the client accepts that any change once the sale of the ticket(s) has been issued must call the airline directly. We are not responsible for changes, cancellations, penalties and/or payments for extra services (seats/bags/other requested by the passenger) not requested or paid at the time of sale. Any change in any air ticket applies penalties as established by the policy of each airline in particular.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sky Vacation Inc. is not, and we disclaim all responsibility for deficiencies in any of the services provided, as well as for delays, irregularities, changes in itineraries and schedules, acts of war, government, military or other authorities, strikes, epidemics, damage, injury, accident, theft or any other cause beyond our control, during the execution of the trip.

 

We are not responsible in case of accidents that occur in rented or transfer vehicles, the passenger must claim the company that owns the vehicle and abide by the laws established in the country in which said vehicle is registered, the passenger will be responsible for managing all related to the facts and/or waiving any other right, so that the compensation that may arise will be paid to the interested parties or their beneficiaries in the legal currency of the country of registration of the vehicle.

 

We are not responsible and if the operator reserves the right to alter or omit at its discretion, any part of the itinerary or change any reservation of space, attraction, excursion or means of transport that were used without prior notice, for any reason or by major force, conditions related to climate change.
